Welcome to the South Carolina training course for Mandated Reporting for the Healthcare System. This course is intended for designated members of the healthcare field.

Instructions
  1. The course consists of two (2) parts – educational content, and a post assessment test. The test is not mandatory. However, in order to receive a certificate of completion with educational units, you must complete the test with a score of 85% or higher.
  2. If you choose to take the test, click on the "Post Assessment Test" hyperlink at the end of the course material.

      1. Complete the registration information. This information is required in order to provide your test score and certificate of completion, where applicable.
      2. At the conclusion of the test, click on the "Submit" button. Your test responses will be sent to the SC Children's Advocacy Medical Response System Program Office for review. If your score is 85% or higher, you will receive your test results and a certificate of completion. If your score is below 85%, you can review the training material and repeat the test at any time.
      3. Test results and certificate of completion, where applicable, will be sent to you, via email, within ten (10) business days. Please provide your correct email address.
